Murder In The Village Hall

Fancy investigating a murder? I’ve taken a little time away from ‘The Secret Millionaires’ Club’ series to write a fun murder mystery that has now been successfully performed at our village hall. It was a fabulous evening, thanks to a splendid cast and an audience that really got into the swing of it. And we raised over £300 on the night!

The set-up for the murder is a traditional village quiz, the audience are sitting at tables in their teams when the quizmaster is murdered before their very eyes. Inspector Quick is soon on the scene, but it’s clear he’s going to need a lot of help to work through the suspects’ tangled stories. He even convenes a quick séance to get help from ‘the other side’! The suspects visit the  tables to be questioned and there are other printed clues including deceptive maps, steamy love letters and bewildering toxicology reports.
